All first-time drone flyers are required to take the training session. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position.

Our primary concern is for you and your peer’s safety when flying a drone so the tricks or flips are done by experienced flyers only. Some drone pilots are able to do turns, move up and down, and forward and backward during their first flight.

The iFLY experience lasts approximately an hour and 45 minutes in total. This will cover your check-in time, the training session, your flight time, and time after your flight to remove gear and look at photos and video if interested. Save time by completing your waiver ahead of time.

Drone pilots can be between the ages of 3 to 103. Children under 18 years of age need to have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.

Each Drone flight may vary depending on the usage. However, a Build-a-Drone may last up to 10 minutes and a Tello drone 15 minutes.

Birthday reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least a 48 hour notice. Large groups, events, camps, skydiver/experienced flyer reservations require additional notice to reschedule or refund. Vouchers are not refundable except as required by law. Vouchers do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable with Drone Logistics Services. Just present your voucher to any person at the time of redemption. Vouchers may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, vouchers can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.

The cost of an Drone Logistics Services package typically starts at $250 which includes flights for two people. Drone Logistics Services offers a number of other flight packages to choose from that vary in price based upon the number of Drone Pilots, location, day of the week, birthday cupcakes, and activities. Flight Rescheduling/Refunds: At least 48-hours prior notice required to reschedule or refund any reservation. Without sufficient notice, reservations are nonrefundable. As a courtesy, Drone Logistics Services may elect to reschedule such reservations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee. Such reservations may only be rescheduled under the same terms as the original reservation’s pricing and applicable restrictions. Reservations rescheduled within 48-hours of original reservation date are no longer eligible for a refund. Customers with repeated cancellations or no-shows may lose Drone Logistics Service privileges. Drone Logistics Services cannot be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, nor any other reason outside of the control of Drone Logistics Services, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations. A 25% deposit is due at time of booking and final payment is due 48 hours prior to the birthday/ event. Reservations will be cancelled automatically if final payment has not been collected 48 hours prior to the birthday / event; cancellation penalties will apply. Deposit and remaining balance payments are refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the birthday / event. Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the event will forfeit the deposit. As a courtesy, Drone Logistics Services may elect to reschedule such reservations, but shall do so at its sole discretion and may require the payment of an administrative fee.
