All first-time drone flyers are required to take the training session. You’ll get a lot of important and helpful information as well as some pre-flight practice of your flying position.
Our primary concern is for you and your peer’s safety when flying a drone so the tricks or flips are done by experienced flyers only. Some drone pilots are able to do turns, move up and down, and forward and backward during their first flight.
The iFLY experience lasts approximately an hour and 45 minutes in total. This will cover your check-in time, the training session, your flight time, and time after your flight to remove gear and look at photos and video if interested. Save time by completing your waiver ahead of time.
Drone pilots can be between the ages of 3 to 103. Children under 18 years of age need to have a parent or guardian sign their waiver.

Each Drone flight may vary depending on the usage. However, a Build-a-Drone may last up to 10 minutes and a Tello drone 15 minutes.

Birthday reservations can be rescheduled or cancelled with at least a 48 hour notice. Large groups, events, camps, skydiver/experienced flyer reservations require additional notice to reschedule or refund. Vouchers are not refundable except as required by law. Vouchers do not expire, have no fees and are redeemable with Drone Logistics Services. Just present your voucher to any person at the time of redemption. Vouchers may not be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If lost, stolen or damaged, vouchers can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.
